With over 2,000 active formulations, Lavelle has an extensive selection of materials to meet your thermoplastic rubber molding needs. If one of our existing compounds does not meet your specifications or color requirements, our on-site team of chemists is available to design a new rubber, TPE, or plastic compound to meet your exact needs, thus ensuring complete success for the life of your product.
We also offer numerous elastomers with highly specialized requirements for a variety of industries, with an emphasis on chloramine and free chlorine resistant elastomers. In fact, our Chlorazone® rubber was the first chlorine resistant material introduced for plumbing applications.
